Quality Goals

  • On September, 2007 we completed and certified the foundation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality System and by doing this, in 2008 we started providing service with certificate.
  • Providing 85% applicability of the prepared procedure, processes, instructions and other documents' applications and to extend them.
  • Checking the system by doing an inner quality test at the end of application processes once a year and solving any deficiencies found.
  • Giving the employees training on quality management system 8 hours a year since the ISO 9001:2008 studies have newly started.
  • Giving all the employees at least 1 hour orientation training in the ISO 9001:2008 system.
  • To make it possible for standard's necessities to be applied without any deficiencies and for the system to develop; continuing to work on customer focused quality awareness on employees and to provide continuous optimization.
  • Doing regular surveys in order to determine the expectations of our customers, and so that the dialogue between us and our costumers can keep its health.
  • Doing customer satisfaction surveys to customer representatives once a year and keeping companies' satisfaction rates at the best possible level (70 and above)
  • Providing with the fastest and most practical solutions to costumers' problems.
  • Reducing rates of loss and malfunctioning arising from annual spare part usage to the lowest level possible.
  • Providing maximum satisfaction by providing the most appropriate service to our costumers in the application stage of our services.
